I've never really been one to follow or understand strange commercials or websites with mysterious methods of advertising. It seems to me that if I'm looking for a specific product, the best way to sell it to me is to actually show it to me and tell me about it. However, for this aftershave to be dark blue, it must either contain artificial coloring, or be a figurative moniker, fancying itself good marketing.

Boss Soul contains lavender, amber, cinnamon, nutmeg, vetiver, mandarin, tonka, anise, bergamot, vanilla, and black pepper fragrances. Hugo is recommended for daytime use and contains the fragrance of woods, fresh citrus and spicy leaves.  Element does not have any descriptions online about its ingredients (that were easy to locate). The absence of this information suggests that Element could actually be the most enigmatic of all Boss aftershaves, because its ingredients are a mystery.

Whichever aftershave one chooses, he can safely assume that he will be like a sexy and apathetic European model, clutching a thin blonde woman on a cold day in New York City. If you are unsure of which to use, you can always go to a department store and let people spray you with various scents until the one you want jumps out at you. Alternatively, you could simply choose the one with the lowest price, if you are a maven for a good bargain. Better yet, if you are a maven for enigma, you may wish to purchase the most expensive one, and never tell anyone your secret to dark, mysterious beauty.

Lladro has developed their style by going more modern. Details are subtle or not there at all. The figurines are made from a white porcelain and the glazes are pastel and subtle as well. The faces of the figures are more serene than anything else, while the Hummels are happy and smiling for the most part. The one place where the serenity of the figures is not carried out on Lladro figurines is the "large" Lladro Nativity. Joseph especially, seems to be agitated by some strong emotion, which runs against the usual Lladro style.

Both Hummel and Lladro have faithful followers as well as fringe collectors who buy a piece now and then. One collects the happiness of childhood, while the other collects elegance and simplicity. A curio cabinet of either is impressive, and which you would prefer is a matter of personal preference, but the collecting of either can create an impressive display.

When mountaineering at high altitudes, even the slightest slip up or mistake can have fatal consequences. So it is essential to be well trained. Gear failure is also not an option.  One needs to have only the highest quality equipment. Among the pieces of gear that can prove essential is a good mountaineering watch. The essential elements of a great one are that it is reliable, that it has an altimeter built in that it has a barometric function too. The reason that one needs the altimeter is because knowing ones height on a mountain is essential for two reasons. The first is that it can be a real aid to navigation. If you know exactly what altitude you are at you can locate yourself on the map (or mountain) more easily in conditions of poor visibility. The second important reason is because you need to control your ascent rate to ensure that you do not get any sort of altitude sickness. This is generally caused by progressing up the mountain too quickly without giving oneself the chance to acclimate to the thinner air. The only solution once it strikes is to descent quickly to a lower altitude, and this too is where a good watch can help.

Many people also like to have a compass function. Although I often wear one that has this capability I would consider it optional. The compasses that most watches have are less accurate and less easy to use than a standard hand-held compass. They do provide a useful emergency navigational capability but the danger is that if you have one on your wrist, you may be tempted to leave behind your hand held one.  This sort of complacency could be dangerous. The final function that I consider important is that it has a large face with easy to read numbers. (This is also essential  in dive watches.) You want to be able to see clearly what the time and altitude are, even if you are tired and your eyes are watering from exertion or the glare of the snow.
